Handling Time
Orders are prepared and handed over to the carrier within 1–3 business days.
We process and ship orders Monday through Friday (excluding holidays).
Transit Time
Once shipped, the carrier will deliver your package within the following timeframe:

Total Delivery Time
From the moment your order is placed to the moment it arrives at your door:
Estimated delivery time: 7–13 business days (handling + transit combined).
Customs Duties & Import Taxes
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or local fees charged by their country of residence. These costs are not included in our product prices or shipping rates.
Tracking Your Order

Failed Deliveries
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal to pay customs duties, the buyer is responsible for any reshipping costs.
